Providing you make no changes or additions to the approved specifications, this budget is binding on us.

Every project we undertake is different. That’s why we provide a detailed budget for your project; one that allows you to see exactly where your money is being spent.

Initial 10% of the total budget books your start date. We’ll agree a schedule of payments and advise you of the retention figure – a final figure payment that won’t be collected until six months after the completion of the job. At that time, we’ll check back with you and make good any construction settlement issues before asking for the final payment.
