The Process

At the heart of any successful project lies a well-defined, tried and tested process: one where you, and we, know exactly what is involved at each stage. Our process comprises:

1. Assessing your project - An initial meeting to define the scope of your
project and your provisional budget.

2. 3D Visulisation - Our designers will bring your thoughts to reality by a 3D
visualisation. It places you in your new extension and guides you through a visual tour, this is where you can avoid expensive alterations after your project has started. This cost will be agreed for this service at your assessment meeting.

3. Obtaining planning approval - A meeting with our in-house architectural designers to agree the finer points of your design Creation of detailed drawings. Submission of agreed designs for planning approval.

4. Obtaining Building Regulation approval - Creation of drawings that specify materials and construction methods & the submission of drawings for council approval.

5. Creating a Specification of Works - Detailed discussions on your
construction, such as specifying lighting, wall finishes, sanitary ware, etc. A detailed and clear cost breakdown, which, once agreed, is binding on us

6. Project scheduling - Secured start date, following payment of a 10% deposit. Provision of a detailed working schedule, with completion date.

7. Implementation - Commencement of work on the designated date. You will also be given regular project updates at all stages of the project.
